Seedz Brewery is a small-batch brewery dedicated to crafting exceptional lagers, traditional English ales, and expressive saisons.
Our mission is rooted in honoring classic European brewing styles while showcasing the quality and character of locally sourced Midwest ingredients. By combining time-tested brewing techniques with regional agriculture, we create beers that are balanced, authentic, and thoughtfully made — a true blend of tradition and place.
When we say "foam is sexy," we mean it. Our beers are poured only in the correct style glassware with pillowy clouds of foam.
(No shaker glasses welcome. No flights.)
Come relax in the biergarten and putt around! Everyday is Oktoberfest with long biergarten tables, cozy firepits, and a putting green.
There is often a foodtruck on-site, but you are always welcome to bring your own food!
Hopper is the resident brewpup. All friendly dogs are welcome to stop by, as long as they're on a leash. Same goes for children.
All kidding aside, kids are welcome (without a leash) but please supervise them closely!
