FAQs

Can I bring food and drink to Seedz?

Since we currently do not serve food, we recommend you to bring your own. It can be made at home or from an outside source.

Seedz suggests:

  • Making a rustic charcuterie board

  • Ordering a pizza from Patellie’s (Three Oaks, MI), Villa Nova (New Buffalo, MI) or Mario’s (Union Pier)

  • Our neighbors, Timothy’s Restaurant, for a local Asian-inspired cuisine

No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed.

Do you fill Growlers or Howlers?

No, our tap room is not set up for growler or howler fills. We are currently trying our best to produce more bottles and cans for your at-home drinking pleasure.

Do you serve flights?

Just like our Wifi password, #noflights.

We do not serve flights, but offer a taster to assist in picking the right beer for your drinking style.

What is a slow-pour?

Seedz has designed glassware due to the proper style of the beer. They vary from 6 oz to 16 oz pours. An average pour takes 5-7 minutes and may vary based on busyness. Due to proper carbonation of our beers, this creates a nice frothy pour with pillowy clouds of foam.

Is Seedz 21 and older?

No, Seedz allows all ages. We are kid friendly! (Leashes Not Required)

Do you allow dogs?

Yes, we love dogs! Dogs are allowed outside on the patio and if the weather is not so nice you can bring them inside.

No matter the size, shape, or breed of the dog, the dog should be on a leash at all times. We ask you kindly that they are friendly with people and other dogs. Please clean up after your fur babies.

Who is Hopper?

Hopper is the brew pup of Seedz. He is a Great Pyrenees, St. Bernard and Boarder Collie Mix. He enjoys long naps on his bed, belly rubs and sipping on “Hoppers Hell”. =)

Where did the name “Seedz” come from?

In Czech and Polish, the name Ziarko translates to “sweet seed.” The owner got creative with the spelling and decided on “Seedz.” Swapping out the “s” with a “z” in honor of his last name.

Everything starts with a seed. Seedz is an agricultural brewery using 100% malt from Michigan and Indiana. We will be using seasonal fruits, vegetables, and herbs sourced locally from Michigan.
